Sortimo Xpress offers pre-configured van racking solutions that provide excellent value for money and are suitable for a wide range of van types.
You can choose between Basic and Pro shelving systems, which can be installed on the right-hand side and/or left-hand side of the vehicle according to your requirements.
Xpress racking systems have been developed based on proven customer best practices and have therefore been thoroughly tested in real-world applications.
In addition, the shelving systems can be enhanced with a wide range of accessories, storage boxes, and cases.
Sortimo tool cases
Sortimo cases and boxes are practical solutions for the organised and safe transport of tools, components and accessories. They are made from durable plastic or metal and are available in a variety of sizes and configurations. Sortimo solutions can be combined with van racking and storage solutions and mobile workstations, allowing seamless integration into vehicle shelving systems.
Racking system accessories
Sortimo racking systems create a complete and efficiently functioning ecosystem. A wide range of accessories is available for the racking solutions and can be securely attached to the shelves using ProClick fasteners. The range includes bench vices, paper roll holders, water containers, can holders, cable holders, racks, hooks, tool bags and much more.
Protect valuable tools
Sortimo allows you to order custom foam inserts for drawers and cases, tailored to specific tools. The inserts are manufactured to match the exact tools specified by the customer, protecting them from damage while being transported in the van. With the MySortimo Inlay configurator, you can create personalised inserts by photographing your tools and arranging them in the desired layout.
ProSafe load securing system
Sortimo ProSafe is a load securing system integrated into Sortimo vehicle racking systems. ProSafe provides flexible and fast options for securing loads safely inside the vehicle, using integrated anchoring points on SR5 racking cross members and SoboPro floors, as well as securing rails on the vehicle roof and side walls.
Sortimo ProClick
The ProClick system increases productivity in everyday working situations. Tool bags can be attached with hooks not only to the ProClick holder worn on a belt, but also to the Sortimo ProSafe anchoring points on the racking. This enables ProClick products to be used with our SR5 and Globelyst racking solutions.
Suitable for electric vans
The SR5 racking system is an excellent choice for electric vans thanks to its lightweight and safe design. Sortimo also works closely with vehicle manufacturers to develop solutions for the safe installation of racking systems in electric vans. The unique aluminium side profile and shelf design of the SR5 system allows the vehicle’s cargo area to be utilised to its maximum potential.
